There are two ways to do this quest, both follow the same steps.
1. You go to the bottom of the Tehruh Prison and enter the Minomaze with a uncut green gem in your hand.
Find the mino, kill him and take his axe.
Take the Axe to the man in the Tehruh Prison and trade the axe for the +4 hally.
2. You kill the Mino in Frore, take his Axe and trade it for the +4 hally. |
