Great Halls Access

There are two ways to do this quest: either faction with Grain or Nameless to become friends (13000 points).
After you are factioned talk to the appropriate Crypt Keeper in either South West Town or Nameless Town. He will require a Akronium Block, a Dragon Heart and some Forgotten Dust.
This will give you access to the Great Halls.
