Wear psi cutting gear here. Healer protassault and Ment absorption works well. The crits are not all that hard to kill, but a zoo can kill you if you are not paying attention. Walk to the south into the gymnasium for a good place to skill train, since regen is pretty fast in here. There is a staircase going up in a north building to scroll trader. The portal to UD2 is behind gymnasium to west. 10-15k exp per kill here. All floors drop gear that cannot be found elsewhere; including: fs hally, fs longsword, enmiss bracers, gath rings, ud boots, rada guants and fs bracers. Depending on the level you find these on, is what the adds will be.
