Drop down from the Arun Lair to land in a pile of bones. The Ningizidda awaits you. Kill the Nin and tan it for a 8/8 armor and a stun-proof helm.

He can hit up to 1800+, so take your best gear, a large party and some healers or CC twigs to help your party members out. There are a few players that can solo him, but they have no need of his armor if they can already solo him.
