East of Frore is Malcom. Give the egg to Malcom for the FullPlate. Barbs will feel encumbered by the armor.

Southwest of Frore, then through a canyon river lies a great lake. Kill Leviathan and get its egg. The egg ties to you. Be aware that Leviathan can strip you. IH the lair so Leviathan can't heal. The lair is in the middle towards the south wall.
